Are Keen shoes good for walking?

Yes. Keen now has dedicated walking shoes including WK400 and WK450. WK400 is tuned more for fitness walking, while WK450 uses a flatter curve and more stability for everyday all-day use.

Do Keen shoes have a wide toe box?

Many do, especially models using Keen's Original Fit such as Targhee IV and Newport H2. Original Fit gives the forefoot more room, but not every Keen shoe uses the same shape.

What is the difference between Keen WK400 and WK450?

WK400 has a more pronounced KEEN.CURVE rocker and is aimed at walking as exercise. WK450 uses a flatter, longer curve with more all-day stability and shock absorption for everyday walking.

Is Keen Targhee IV good for wide feet?

Targhee IV uses Keen's Original Fit, which provides generous forefoot room. Some Keen hiking models also come in designated wide versions, which are better when the whole foot needs extra width.

What is the best Keen sandal?

Newport H2 is the classic choice for toe protection, water and mixed-terrain use. Hyperport H2 is the lighter, more cushioned alternative with Aquagrip wet-surface traction.

Does Keen make work shoes as well as boots?

Yes. KEEN Utility includes athletic work shoes, hiking-inspired work shoes, traditional boots and heavy-duty footwear, with safety-toe and soft-toe options for different jobs.

Are Keen shoes waterproof?

Some are. Keen uses its KEEN.DRY waterproof membrane in selected hiking, casual and work footwear. Other models are intentionally breathable or water-friendly rather than waterproof, so check the individual shoe.
