- A piece of paper
- A pen or pencil
- A ruler or measuring tape
Step-by-Step Guide on How to Measure Your Feet
- Place the Paper Against a Wall – Lay a blank sheet of paper flat on the floor with one edge touching a wall.
- Stand on the Paper – Put your foot on the paper with your heel lightly touching the wall.
- Trace Your Foot – Keeping your weight evenly distributed, trace the outline of your foot using a pen or pencil.
- Measure the Length – Using a ruler, measure from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe.
- Measure the Width – Find the widest part of your foot (usually near the ball) and measure straight across.
- Repeat for Both Feet – Your feet may not be exactly the same size, so measure both and use the larger measurement.
Tip: Measure your feet at the end of the day when they are slightly swollen to ensure a comfortable fit.
